| Laurel is a foster parent crow who is permitted to be in the care of Marianne Dickison (SWRR) by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. In this pic Laurel is doing a great job feeding a magpie chick that was turned into the SWRR this season (2007). The magpie was eventually released in the Cottonwood area. Laurel continues to do her "foster Parent" role with the fledgling crows. |
